Two or three specific observations do more selling than a list of pests you cover.
- Show the annual value
Homeowners compare the first-year total, so show it. Price it in the pricing calculator.
- Anchor to the market
HomeAdvisor’s June 2026 guide puts quarterly visits at $100-$300 and one-time visits at $300-$550 - useful when a customer asks why recurring beats one-time.
- Convert to an agreement
Once accepted, send the service agreement.
